Giulio Iacchetti, a celebrated industrial designer since 1992, has worked with some of the world’s most renowned brands, including Alessi, Artemide, and Magis. Known for his innovative approach to design, Iacchetti has redefined everyday objects, such as the biodegradable Moscardino spoon/fork, which earned him the prestigious Compasso d’Oro in 2001. In 2009, he received Italy’s highest innovation award, the Premio dei Premi, for his transformative Coop Eureka project. His 2012 launch of Internoitaliano celebrates Italian craftsmanship, while his 2014 Compasso d’Oro for the Sfera manhole covers further solidified his influence in the design world.
